Cozy small 1-room cabins for two and 1, 2 or 3-bedroom cottages that are only steps from the lake. Each cottage comes equipped with a gas fireplace, use of BBQ, picnic tables, free wireless internet and a cozy atmosphere for lots of relaxation.

ENDLESS ACTIVITIES

Fish from our docks or enjoy some local ATVing and golf. In the Winter, there’s snowmobiling available right outside our doors, plus skating on the Lake or at our community’s outside covered rink, ice-fishing, snowshoeing, snow tubing and cross country or downhill skiing. After a fun-filled day of activities, you can relax with other guests in our Muskoka chairs toasting marshmallows and weenies over our large fire-pit.

  • 117 Port Severn Road, Port Severn, ON L0K 1S0

From Toronto (1.5 hours North of the GTA): Take 401 E/W to 400 North, towards Barrie. When leaving Barrie, pay attention to the road signs on your right. Take the ramp on your right towards Parry Sound. Follow 400N for 30 minutes to Exit #156. Turn off at Exit #156, and at the stop sign turn right onto Port Severn Road North. We are 500m down this road on the left – can’t miss us!

From the North: Take Hwy 400 south to Exit 156. At stop sign turn left. Follow Port Severn Road to stop sign. Go through stop sign and we are 500 meters from there on the left.

Sunnylea is offering one day passes for you and a guest to Vetta Nordic Spa, an experience like no other. This is our most relaxing offer yet.
You’ll be able to embrace a blissful experience during your stay in our resort. Vettä Nordic Spa is just a 25 minute drive from the Resort, but you will feel miles away while enjoying the pools and relaxation rooms.

Guests can book a massage from a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) based on availability (massages are extra and to be paid directly by the guest)

All guests are to arrive during the designated times, bookings take place every 30 minutes.

Guests should bring their own reusable water bottle, sunglasses, sandals, a comfortable bathing suit and a book of choice, as the Spa has a strict no-cell phone use policy.
